Movie Report --- Living Longer, Living Better- The Fountain of Youth
Why do people all want to live until they are 100 years old or even beyond that? I personally think that living to 100 years old is a burden. I think it is a burden because someone would need to take care of me. That might cause a burden to them too. People might lose patience with me. But, in the video, it really did point out something important. That is exercise! I think exercise is very important to our health. Actually, I’m a person who doesn’t like to exercise. I think exercise is very tiring. From this video, I learnt that if I exercise half an hour a day, I could keep my body healthy and prevent diseases. Another way to keep healthy is diet. Don’t be scared to eat something that might make you fat. Your body does need to contain some fat. Eat food that could keep you in good shape, and avoid junk food. I really think our bodies are profound. Keeping we healthy and young have so many secrets that people did not realize. Our bodies are like clocks that never stop working. It goes the way it is, it may get distracted by our bad habits. So, I would keep in mind, no matter how tired I am to exercise, I should still do it. I want to keep in good shape!
