The girl who wouldn’t talk

“The girl who wouldn’t talk” is a pretty good story. I really liked it. I think the girl does not because of the cultural difference. She might just be a really shy girl. The narrator is also an American-Chinese girl; she wanted to fit in with her American classmates. But she saw herself on the girl and she does not want to see it. So, she kept pushing the girl to talk. I think in every environment, we could always find a special girl just like the silent girl. Those girls or boys are just shy to contact with people. If me, I would walk up to him or her and ask them if they need helps. Everyone has a fear side, the narrator didn’t say it but she showed it on the silent girl. The fear is the side everyone wants to hide, but it will always appeal in some ways.
