How does humidity affect evaporation?

        Science fair has finally ended. I would not to worry about it anymore. Although I do not think I did my best on this experiment this time, I still did put effort in it.

My science fair topic was about water saving. My research question was how does humidity affect evaporation? Basically, I set three cups with 150 milliliters of water in them. I set one of the cups outside the balcony. The other one is the bathroom. The third one was set in a room with a dehumidifier. I observed them over three days. I found out the cup I set in the room with the running dehumidifier worked the best. The water decreased the most compare to the one in the bathroom. The one in the bathroom did not work well I think it was because whenever we take showers, the water vapor would appear in the cup. The water in the cup would only increase than decrease. The main point of my experiment was to suggest use dehumidifier more because it could reduce the use of water during summers.
